Creamy Mango Avocado Salad Dressing with Orange Zest
This salad dressing is perfect for summer! It is creamy yet light while adding healthy fats to my diet. The orange zest makes this dressing pop!

Ingredients:
1 large avocado
1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice
½ teaspoon orange zest
1 cup mango, peeled (roughly 1 medium sized mango)
1/2 cup avocado oil
¾ cups clean water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high until thoroughly combined and smooth.
If too thick, add more orange juice, avocado oil, or water. To choose between those three ingredients, ask your body which one it prefers.
Store in glass container with air-tight lid for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
